Elementary school teaches students the basics of arithmetic such as addition, multiplication, ... etc.
In Junior high school, analytical geometry, geometry, algebra, ...
In high school classes: 3D geometry, differential calculus, integral calculus, mechanics, dynamics.

There is no entrance examination for universities in my country.

In fact I'm not familiar with the mathematics curriculum in Japanese high school, for this reason I'll not be able to mention the differences.

The problem in my country is teaching mathematics without applications or simulation using computer.

I think mathematics is powerfull tool for each field serves our life, such as engineering, commerce, medicine, ... etc.

I got a scholarship from my country to study in Japan. I contacted Professor Chen to accept me as a Ph.D student under her supervision.
I feel happy because my supervisor is very helpful and powerful also I have many friends now in Hirosaki University.
