Graduate School Instruction

The faculty member in charge of the Department of Global Environment and Disaster Prevention, who is qualified to teach the Master’s Course was in charge of the Global Environmental Studies Course. However, it was renamed the “Graduate School of Science and Technology, Global Environmental and Disaster Studies Course” for students enrolled in April 2020. Instead, Hirosaki University has established the Graduate School of Sustainable Community Studies (Master’s Course) in April 2020. In the master’s program, the faculty members of the Department of Global Environment and Disaster Prevention are divided into two groups: those in charge of the “Graduate School of Science and Technology, Course of Global Environment and Disaster Prevention” and those in charge of the “Graduate School of Sustainable Community Studies.” For the details of Graduate School in Charge both in Master’s Course and Doctoral Course, please refer to Faculty Members page.
